Proper care and placement will help preserve the vibrancy and structure of your artwork for decades to come. Whether you’ve purchased a framed piece, canvas, or print-only option, following these guidelines will help ensure it stays in excellent condition.
Unframed Prints (Print Only) Delivery
If you selected the ‘No Frame’ option, your print will arrive rolled in a protective cardboard tube. For best results, I recommend taking it to a professional framer experienced in fine art handling. If you choose to handle the print yourself, please follow these care tips:
Work in a clean, dust-free area.
Wear soft gloves (microfiber or nitrile) to avoid fingerprints or scratches.
Do not bend, fold, or crease the print.
Keep food, drinks, and liquids away from the artwork.
Never write on or mark the print, even on the back.
Avoid using paper clips, rubber bands, tape, glue, or any fasteners.
Do not blow on the surface—this can leave residue.
Framed Artwork Delivery
Framed artworks are available for Australian customers only. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and arrives ready to hang. Please handle gently when unwrapping to avoid damage.
Framed Prints
Gently dust the frame and glass with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth.
Avoid using glass cleaners or sprays directly on the surface. If needed, apply cleaner to the cloth first.
Keep framed prints out of direct sunlight—even with UV-protective glass—to prevent fading.
Canvas Prints
All canvas prints are sealed for protection. You can gently wipe the surface with a clean, slightly damp cloth to remove dust.
Do not use cleaning products or excessive moisture, as this may damage the seal or print.
Display Guidelines
Use proper wall hooks or mounts rated to hold the full weight of your frame or canvas.
Ideal display conditions: cool (room temperature or below), clean, and stable environments with 30–40% relative humidity.
Avoid placing artwork in areas exposed to moisture, heat, or rapid temperature changes—such as kitchens, bathrooms, or near heating/cooling vents.

All of my fine art prints are created in collaboration with Aeterna Lab, a Geelong-based studio known for museum-grade archival printing and exceptional colour accuracy.
Printing is done using Canon’s 44" large-format printer, providing a rich colour gamut, excellent colour precision, and archival-level image stability. To ensure the highest quality, I print on carefully selected premium media:
ILFORD GALERIE Gold Fibre Gloss 310gsm
A traditional, baryta-style paper with a smooth gloss finish. It offers exceptional sharpness, a wide colour range, and contains no optical brighteners.ILFORD GALERIE Fine Art Canvas Galicia 450gsm
A durable cotton/polyester blend canvas with high crack resistance and excellent colour reproduction. Each canvas includes a 5cm border for easy stretching and framing.
All materials used have an archival life of 200+ years, and when properly framed and sealed, can last over 400 years—ensuring your artwork stays vibrant for generations to come.

I offer three contemporary, museum-quality framing options for both gloss photo paper and canvas:

Each frame is meticulously handcrafted using sustainably sourced timber, made locally, and arrives ready to hang. Please allow 3–4 weeks for framing before shipping.
Gloss Photo Paper & Framing
Framed gloss prints are:

Finished with a 70mm white matte board
Sealed behind UV-protective glass
The final size will be approximately 150mm larger in both width and height than the print size. For example, a 50 x 75cm print becomes roughly 65 x 90cm when framed.
Framing your print independently?
I recommend having it mounted on foam core to reduce natural curvature of the gloss photo paper and ensure a clean presentation. A local professional framer can assist.Canvas & Framing

Framing your canvas independently?
Your canvas will arrive in a rolled tube with an overprint of 4cm’s for the stretcher bar. It's best to work with a reputable framer for proper stretching and handling to maintain the quality and longevity of the piece. -
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. I offer free shipping Australia-wide.
Unframed prints and canvases: Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Framed prints and canvases: Please allow 4–5 weeks for delivery within Australia.
Every order is insured and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
For framed pieces and larger custom orders, I use a trusted courier service to provide added peace of mind. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email—or a personalised call—with your tracking information.

I offer worldwide shipping on unframed prints only. Every order is fully insured & tracked for peace of mind. Currency conversion and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: VAT, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. At most these fees are just a couple of dollars.
While I aim to deliver your order within four weeks of shipping, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Because each piece is custom-printed to order, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you review all product details carefully before finalising your purchase.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll respond within 48 hours and work with you to investigate the issue. For more detailed information, you may also refer to Australia Post’s guide on delayed or lost items.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me right away so I can assess the issue and help make it right.
If damage occurred during transit:Retain all original packaging and the damaged item.
Take the package to your nearest Australia Post outlet (ideally a Post Shop or Business Hub) to request a damage report.
Only the person the parcel is addressed to can lodge a damage report.
You may be required to provide documentation such as proof of identity, receipts, and a statutory declaration.
All damage claims must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. For insured items, compensation claims must be submitted to Australia Post:
Within 6 months of posting for domestic mail.
Within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery) for International Courier or Express services.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered in cases where the product is defective, damaged during transit, or significantly not as described. All refund or replacement requests are handled case by case, with a focus on fairness and customer satisfaction.
